Location : Sioux Falls, SD

Pay : $20-22/hour

Schedule : Monday thru Friday, 8AM to 5PM

Job Summary :

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Leasing Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the leasing process, building relationships with prospective tenants, and ensuring a positive experience for all residents.

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct property tours and showcase available units to prospective tenants.

• Assist with the application process, including screening and processing applications.

• Maintain accurate records of leasing activities and tenant interactions.

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new residents.

• Address tenant inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

• Collaborate with the property management team to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications :

• Previous experience in leasing, sales, or customer service preferred.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Proficiency in property management software is a plus.
