Job Summary

• The Patient Care Technician with the Emergency department is accountable for performing delegated tasks and assisting nursing personnel in patient care delivery on clinical units under the discretion of a Registered Nurse.

Education and/or Experience

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred.

• On the job training provided.

• Knowledge of medical terminology preferred.

Work Schedule

• 6:00am-10:30pm, e/o wknd/hol, occas call; 80hrs/2wks

Pay

The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.

• $17.50 - $23.00 per hour
