Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shift Manager to join our team. This position has the potential to transition into an Assistant Manager role based on performance and growth opportunities. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, providing leadership to the team, and ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery. Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate all aspects of the shift, including staffing, scheduling, and ensuring that all customer needs are met
Train and supervise team members, providing ongoing coaching and feedback to improve performance
Maintain a high level of customer service by addressing and resolving any issues or concerns promptly and professionally
Monitor and enforce company policies and procedures to ensure a safe and secure work environment
Collaborate with other managers to develop and implement strategies to drive sales and meet revenue targets
Conduct regular inventory checks to monitor stock levels and minimize waste
Assist in the preparation of financial reports, including daily sales and labor costs
Requirements:
Strong leadership and communication skills
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and point-of-sale systems
Knowledge of health and safety regulations and procedures
