Job Description:

We are seeking detail-oriented and reliable individuals to join our team as Order Pickers. As an Order Picker, you will be responsible for accurately selecting products from warehouse stock according to order specifications. Your main goal will be to ensure that orders are picked efficiently and correctly, maintaining high levels of productivity and accuracy.

Responsibilities:

1. Retrieve products from designated warehouse areas based on order sheets or pick tickets.

2. Ensure accuracy in product selection by verifying items picked against order specifications.

3. Properly label and organize picked items for packaging and shipment.

4. Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, and hand trucks safely and efficiently.

5. Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure safety and efficiency.

6. Report any discrepancies or issues with orders, inventory, or equipment to supervisors.

7. Collaborate with team members and other departments to meet daily quotas and deadlines.

8. Follow all company policies and procedures regarding safety, quality, and productivity.
