Coastal Collision, LLC Office Assistant in Sitka, Alaska

Greet and assist customer either on the phone or in person, answer customer's questions, answer phone, make appointments and maintain and update appointment calendar, make follow-up call to customers, transmit information or documents to customers, using computer, mial or fax, receive payment and/or deposits and record receipts for service, order parts, maintain inventory, create and maintain customer files, and date entry. Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.nowledge of administrative and office procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, stenography and transcription, designing forms, and workplace terminology. Knowledge of computer hardware and software, including applications and programs.The ability to communicate information and ideas in speaking, so others will understand.The ability to read and understand information and ideas presented in writing. Knowledge of cars preferred. Drug and alcohol free workplace Shift is 8-5 Monday - Friday
