Role reports to: US Brand Manager
Location: Skillman, NJ ( Kenvue's corporate headquarters is currently located in Skillman NJ, but is scheduled to move to Summit, NJ in or around early 2025 .)
Travel : 10%
Pay: 92,000- 149,500
ROGAINE develops, manufactures and markets hair regrowth products and other hair care products for men and women and is the #1 dermatologist recommended brand for hair regrowth. The product line includes men's minoxidil foam and liquid solution, women's minoxidil foam and solution, and a men's thickening shampoo/conditioner.

What you will do
Associate Brand Manager, Hair Care role will be responsible for supporting the business and marketing performance of ROGAINE in the US including
Supporting and executing the Go-to-Market Business Strategy and 3 Year Operating Plan, driven by consumer category insights, and operating plan goals
Bringing the Brand's voice and consumer-first thinking to critical workstreams including developing and executing an organic social strategy across owned channels
Leveraging insights and data to support Go-to-Market launch plans for new product innovations in the US market, including executing paid media assets, digital shelf, retail activations, healthcare professional strategy, and consumer promotions
Collaborating with cross-functional teams that may include Customer Strategy, Market Research, R&D, Media, and Finance to develop and manage marketing objectives, goals and strategies
Building and effectively influencing business activities and projects, including gaining alignment from key partners and decision-makers
Collaborating with key partners and agencies to deliver accelerated conversion and marketing performance optimization, particularly in ecommerce landscape, via real-time digital performance assessment and in-market adjustments
Contributing to a high-performance environment with a culture of collaboration and innovation
Managing existing portfolio digital shelf strategy and assets
Owning and managing a budget
What we are looking for
Required Qualifications:
A minimum of a BA/BS degree
A minimum of 2-3 years of marketing, sales, or related experience
CPG experience
Ability to understand a consumer target and position a brand/project and manage projects
Strong analytical capacity
This position requires approximately 5% domestic travel
Desired Qualifications:
Masters in business or marketing preferred
Previous hair care, personal care or beauty experience
Digital marketing experience
Financial acumen, with experience managing a budget
Experience with building strategic marketing plans, setting KPI's and analytical assessment of performance data-driven optimization
Awareness of beauty landscape, category consumer engagement and social media trends
Successful track-record working with agency partners
Track record in effective communication, ultimately driving business results
What's in it for you
Annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges from $92,000.00 to $149,500.00.This takes into account a number of factors including work location, the candidate's skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors.
