This position reports to the Head of Integrated Media and is based in New Jersey.

Role reports to: Head of Integrated Media

Location: Skillman, NJ. Kenvue's corporate headquarters is currently located in Skillman NJ, but is scheduled to move to Summit, NJ in or around early 2025 .

Travel %: 10%

Pay: $137,000 - $235,750

What you will do

The Media Director, Neutrogena is responsible for the planning, execution, and optimization of brand media for the Neutrogena brand. This person will partner closely with the brand development team to develop media exeuctions that support strategic priorities as well as with our retail media team to ensure cohesive communications across our media ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of brand media plans

Bring thought-leadership to establish breakthrough media strategies to position Neutrogena as the most innovative brand in the category

Drive connection across all brand communications including ensuring alignment with creator and PR executions

Mentor and develop a team of media professionals

Partner closely with media agency partners to manage workflows and ensure execellence in execution

Establish strong relationships both cross functionally but also with external partners

Ongoing performance anaytltics and reporting across media tactics

Ongoing partnership with brand leadership as part of their extended leadership team

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications
A minimum of a bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferred area of study in Business, Marketing or Technology
Experience presenting metrics and progress to goal with stakeholders, and driving direction and alignment with cross-functional teams
Experience managing teams
A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, including media execution, digital marketing, or related field with a deep understanding of the integrated marketing experience and the role digital plays in the marketing mix
Prior media agency experience or dedicated media role within a company/brand team
Solid understanding of foundational marketing technologies (Ad Servers, DSPs, DMPs/Content Management Systems, Audience Management Platforms (CDP), Adobe Marketing Cloud, Google Analytics, etc.)
Ability to define and set critical metrics for measuring program effectiveness. Ability to turn complex data and insights into easily understood data stories.
Should have managed large-scale budgets to deploy across media on both performance and brand marketing outcomes
Able to use learning tools optimally to support decision making, e.g., A / B testing and experimentation
Strong intellectual curiosity and entrepreneurial approach with the ability to work in a rapid and iterative development environment
Self-starter with interpersonal, leadership, and collaborative skills to work effectively with multiple cross-functional teams


Desired Qualifications

Experience working with CPG brands, specifically beauty experience a plus

What's in it for you

Annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges from $137,000 - $235,750. This takes into account a number of factors including work location, the candidate's skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors.
