Location: Skillman, NJ ( Kenvue's corporate headquarters is currently located in Skillman NJ, but is scheduled to move to Summit, NJ in or around early 2025 .)

Pay: $88,000.00 - $142,600

What will you do

The Business Analyst is responsible for analyzing data and providing insights to improve business operations. As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for identifying trends, creating reports, and making recommendations to improve efficiency and profitability:

Responsibilities

- Business Requirements Gathering & User Story authorship: As a Business Analyst, your primary responsibility would be to work with various stakeholders to identify and create business requirements. You would be responsible for identifying gaps, pain points, and inefficiencies in the existing processes, and turning the requirements into user stories for the technical product owner to review/sign-off on. You will also work with cross-functional teams to validate data mapping requirements and maintain inbound/outbound data mapping for North America.

- Data Analysis: You would also be responsible for analyzing data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can help improve business processes. This includes developing and maintaining agile project dashboards and reports. You will perform data mapping and analysis to ensure accurate representation of information flow and relationships between various data sources.

- Testing and Validation: You would be responsible for testing and validating the solutions that the team configures. This includes working with the testing team to develop test cases and test plans and ensuring that the solutions are implemented correctly and meet the needs of the stakeholder following standard acceptance criteria sign-off. You will collaborate with the integration team to monitor and troubleshoot data mapping process to ensure data integrity and accuracy.

- Documentation: You would also be responsible for creating documentation that help stakeholders understand the solutions that are developed. This includes creating roadmaps of the solution journey as well as documents to inform of progress along the solution path.

- Stakeholder Management: Finally, you would be responsible for supporting the technical product owner with managing stakeholders and ensuring that their needs are being met. This includes working closely with business partners, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure that the solutions being developed meet their needs and are aligned with the overall goals of the organization and tracked through KPIs specific to product adoption, engagement, and satisfaction to leadership.

Other Duties:

o Support the execution of individual initiatives through the development and application of standard for scope, schedule, budget, resource, and risk/issue management.

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or related field

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a business analysis role

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide insights

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Desired Qualifications

Experience with data analysis and visualization tools.

Knowledge of business process modeling and improvement methodologies.

SAFe Agile 6.0 certification (PM/PO or General).

At least 3 years' experience working on custom and vendor-managed technical solutions.

Knowledge of CPG industry performance metrics.

Knowledge of Jira software.

What's in it for you

Annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges from $88,000 to $142,600. This takes into account a number of factors including work location, the candidate's skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors.
