This position reports into Director, Global Technical Leader and can be based at Skillman, NJ, Singapore or Zug.

Role reports to: Director, Global Technical Leader

Location: Kenvue's corporate headquarters is currently located in Skillman NJ, but is scheduled to move to Summit, NJ in or around early 2025. The role can also sit at one of the following locations: Singapore or Zug.

Travel %: 10% (Domestic and International)

Pay: In the US in this position ranges from $97,000 to $166,750.

What you will do

Under the direction of the Brand Reliability Lead, the Brand Reliability Manager will serve as the "voice of the product" and shape the "single voice of Quality" messaging to enable regional and project team success through the entire lifecycle. Actions of this role will influence technical risk management for decisions and prioritization impacting product reliability, compliance, and performance. This role will champion the proactive integration of insights generated from, but not limited to, Technical Reliability Managers, Global Brand Protection, Complaint Vigilance, and Regional Quality and Compliance for Brand Growth Team approved projects into product technical expectations.

Key Responsibilities

Supporting new product development teams by establishing the technical expectations for commercial success .

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand guidelines are followed and maintained.

Championing technical risk management to facilitate product knowledge management, knowledge growth, and knowledge utilization.

Approval of specific technical documents like product specifications and test methods and historical product assessments.

Technical leadership to ensure consistent and coordinated decision making related to product life cycle management, including but not limited to product registration strategies, formula optimization and rationalization, product testing and specification optimization, and product health analysis.

Ensure consistent and coordinated actions related to issue/gap management, product quality and safety improvements, and product supply reliability.

Approval of various technical documentation, coordination of multi-regional escalations, etc.

Ensuring the successful execution of multi-regional escalations, when such actions are required.

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 8 years of experience with evidence of progressive increase in responsibility in manufacturing, technical operations, or technical quality functions for regulated consumer products.

Minimum 2 years experience in leading global teams in problem solving related to regulatory, compliance, and/or technical problems that resulting in measurable business impact.

Bachelor's degree in pharmacy, Chemistry, Engineering, or related scientific field.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Technical understanding of Consumer technologies, product design, process controls and organizational capabilities

Exhibits passion to collaborate.

Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and business partners.

Exhibits discipline in execution

Ability to identify problems, analyze data, and develop effective solutions.

Ability to think critically, make informed decisions, and solve complex problems.

Must be fluent in English.

What's in it for you

Annual base salary for new hires in the US in this position ranges from $97,000 to $166,750. This takes into account a number of factors including work location, the candidate's skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors.
