Travel %: 5%

Pay: $124,000 - $167,000

What you will do

The NA Technical Product Owner, Trade Promotions individual will work closely with the North American Sales Operations, Customer Enabling and RGM teams in support of end-to-end strategic TPM, Sales Planning, Forecasting and Quota initiatives. The role can be located in our Markham, Ontario offices or Skillman, NJ, with flexible remote work possibility.

The NA Technical Product Owner role is an exciting new opportunity to lead and execute a critical component of our North American Commercial Strategy, and to bring regional oversight and leadership to Customer Operations teams in CA and US. The individual will act as the primary owner of the TPx product(s), current and in development, while ensuring that it aligns with business objectives and meets the needs of our users. Additionally, you will manage the integration of the TPx tools with other internal and external systems, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality across the ecosystem. The ideal candidate will bring focus to enabling capabilities that efficiently, compliantly, and successfully drive technology investment and strengthen strategic customer relationships for the North America Customer Development organization.

This role is for a strong technology leader that wants ample opportunity for career development and front-line business impact. This role leads both technical product and platform teams responsible for critical North America Trade Promotion Management capabilites.

This role requires a mix of technical knowledge, strategic leadership, and excellent management skills to in order to shape and influence our North America Sales technology landscape to live into the Kenvue "Digital First" vision.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Product Owner for existing trade promotion, planning, and forecasting products in Canadian and US markets.

TPx Program Lead for a new SaaS-based TPM tool for NA, with a focus on UX, process, and analytics. Play a vital role in shaping the future state for an end-to-end TPx Trade Ecosystem for North America.

Lead the overall strategy, roadmap, and feature definition for the existing trade promotion, planning, and forecasting products in Canadian and US markets.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, sales, finance, to define and prioritize product features.

Shape the technology team offering through improvement of existing tools and deployment of new capabilities ie. Trade Optimization, Automation, Predictive Analytics, End-to-End Supply Chain Integration etc.

Ensure that the TPM tool meets business objectives and delivers a superior user experience.

Work closely with the engineering team to design, develop, and deploy new features and enhancements.

Ensure that the TPM tool integrates smoothly with other systems, including ERP, finance, and data analytics platforms.

Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding the TPM tool(s).

Gather and prioritize requirements from various stakeholders, including end-users, business leaders, and technical teams.

Communicate product updates, roadmaps, and release plans to stakeholders.

Track and analyze key performance metrics for the TPM tool and its integrations.

Drive regional OKRs and Customer Team objectives to ensure overall value/return on investment.

Identify opportunities for process improvements and system optimizations.

Lead troubleshooting efforts for any technical issues related to the TPM tool or its integrations.

Ensure that the TPM tool and its integrations comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Work with the security team to implement and maintain robust security protocols for the TPM platform.

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in product management, technical project management, or a related role, preferably in a SaaS environment.
Strong technical background with experience in software development, APIs, and system integrations.
Proven ability to manage complex projects and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in data analytics analysis / insights is required, particulary with PowerBI and Tableau
