Compensation: $20-22/hr

Contract through 12/31/2024

Kelly® Science & Clinical is seeking Quality Technician for a contract position at global pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical device client in Skillman NJ. SUMMARY

Under the direction of the Senior Quality Systems Manager, the Quality Technician will be responsible for Data Collection, Metric Reporting, Preparing Meeting Presentations. Can also provide support to compliance projects by receiving samples packaging, raw materials, finished products and preparing these and the related documentation for shipment. The Quality Technician may have additional responsibilities related to supporting additional Quality Management System elements, including but not limited to Document Management, Training, Regulatory Standards Management.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Contribute to the establishment and maintenance of NA QS functional quality objectives through metrics monitoring, data gathering.

  2. Ensures timely and accurate collection and analysis of metrics and trends.

  3. Reporting of associated metrics for quality meeting discussions using PowerPoint, Tableau and PowerBi reports.

  4. Internal Audit Supports internal audits in the collection of documents, including obtaining official copies. Keep inventory of documents requested.

  5. General Collaborate with Quality Systems Team in tasks that require data collection, presentations preparation.

  6. Provides frequent updates on quality metrics and records to different teams.

  7. Follows up on record authors for status of closure or extension of records.

  8. Support to compliance projects in tasks that require data collection or samples receipt and preparation for shipment.

  9. Maintains inventory of samples, including associated documentation.

  10. Provide updates in Teams sharepoint.

  11. May have additional responsibilities related to oversight of additional Quality Management System elements, such as Document Control, Training and Regulatory Standards Management.

QUALIFICATIONS

  1. Undergraduate degree in technical or life science or equivalent years of experience.

  2. Experience: Six 6 months of experience in quality or operations in a pharmaceutical or consumer environment desired.

  3. Experience working within a team.

  4. General experience with computer systems and applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Teams.

  5. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Organized, proactive with an owner mindset. Must be able to develop and maintain relationships/partnerships and to work collaboratively. Collaborative approach and ability to connect.

  6. Physical Demands: Light work that requires minimum physical effort. It also requires manual skills, the ability to move and visual discrimination. Involves movements of objects such as: relocating, carrying, throwing, pushing and pulling weight
