Role reports to: Vice President, Global Analytics

Location: Kenvue’s corporate headquarters is currently located in Skillman NJ, but is scheduled to move to Summit, NJ in or around early 2025.

Travel %: up to 10

Pay: Annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges from $113,000 to $195,500. This takes into account a number of factors including work location, the candidate’s skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors.

What you will do

The Senior Manager, Analytics – Revenue Growth Management (RGM) and Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) will lead and drive our RGM and SPM strategies. In this role, you will utilize your advanced analytical skills to interpret data, deliver actionable recommendations, and support the organization in making strategic investment and portfolio decisions to drive growth for Kenvue. You will oversee the optimization of our revenue growth initiatives and partner with global brand teams in identifying and prioritizing portfolio opportunities that enhance overall value.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Revenue Analysis: Lead in-depth analysis of the company’s revenue streams, identifying trends and insights to inform strategic pricing, promotion, and distribution decisions.

  • Partner with global brand teams to run SPM programs aligning long-term portfolio plans to drive growth across markets.

  • Working in partnership with Retail Excellence teams to guide category visioning projects with a focus on key global brands.

  • Revenue Optimization Leadership: Develop and oversee models and dashboards that provide strategic recommendations for optimizing revenue growth, pricing strategies, and resource allocation.

  • Advanced Reporting & Visualization: Create and manage comprehensive reports and data visualizations using platforms like Tableau, Power BI, and Excel to communicate findings and recommendations to key stakeholders.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with finance, marketing, sales, and other cross-functional teams to ensure revenue strategies align with the broader business strategy.

  • Process Improvement Initiatives: Identify and implement opportunities to enhance revenue management processes and workflows, ensuring accurate data and quality metrics for informed decision-making.

  • Project Management Oversight: Lead strategic revenue projects from ideation to delivery, ensuring timely completion and alignment with business requirements.

  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of analysts, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Qualifications

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications

  • A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field is required. A Master’s degree is preferred.

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in revenue growth management, strategic business analysis, or a related field, ideally within the FMCG business sector. Direct experience working with top retailers is a plus.

  • Technical Expertise: Proficiency with data analytics tools such as SQL, Python, R, and visualization platforms like Tableau or Power BI. Advanced Excel skills are highly beneficial.

  • Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to interpret data, identify trends, and translate them into actionable strategic insights.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings and recommendations clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

  • Leadership and Collaboration: Proven ability to lead and work effectively with cross-functional teams, influencing and building relationships to achieve strategic goals.

  • Project Management Skills: Exceptional project management skills with a track record of leading complex projects to successful completion.

  • Attention to Detail: High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.

  • Entrepreneurial Mindset: Ability to work independently, demonstrating initiative and an entrepreneurial approach to problem-solving.

Desired Qualifications

  • A Master’s degree is preferred.
