Role reports to: Global Pain Need State Leader
Location: Summit, NJ. Kenvue's corporate headquarters is currently located in Skillman NJ, but is scheduled to move to Summit, NJ in or around early 2025 .)

Pay: $119,000 - $205,850
What you will do
The Sr. Marketing Manager Adult Pain, Self-Care is responsible for developing the strategy and executing the Global Adult TYLENOL growth strategy, with a specific focus on the next generation of pain relief. This includes providing leadership for a cross-functional team of R&D, supply chain, packaging engineering, design, and commercial market leads to develop best in class launch plans based on consumer, category, and competitive data and insights.
Key Responsibilities
Builds launch excellence strategy for priority launches that advances the category prototype in close collaboration with key functions in Kenvue, especially the Scientific Organization, Technology, Supply Chain and regional Commercial Organizations.
Ensures the delivery of winning launch plans and ensure the implementation of consistent and aligned comms, content, playbooks (influencer/HCP/Shopper) consistent with science of brand growth principles, through strong collaboration with the BMCs to address meaningful opportunities and threats as they arise.
Lead customer sell in of innovation pipeline in collaboration with market activation marketing and sales teams.
Member of the Pain Need State development team, defining priority workstreams globally.
Ensuring strong collaboration & participation in global growth governance forum as per defined cadence.
Envisions and builds the 3YOP Vision & strategy and plans to realize the extraordinary power of everyday care through the global Pain need state team with strong outside in focus
Crystallize lead market insights to shape & influence global innovation to drive short- med- & long-term growth aligned with the markets' needs.
Shared accountability for business performance including NTS, GP & Share with a strong must win across the BMCs.
What we are looking for
Required Qualifications
BA degree is required, MBA or marketing specialization preferred
A minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in setting a vision and performing in a similar integrated brand leadership role within a consumer-packaged goods organization, preferably with a breadth of functional and/or industry experience is required.
Proven track record of people development and leadership is required.
Experience leading cross functional teams is required.
Experience in successful partnership with R&D and Medical/Clinical organizations to develop innovative products and claims supported by specific and relevant brand messaging is required.
Demonstrated financial skill and insight in making effective business decisions is required.
Experience in providing marketing thought leadership-taking consumer insight and using it to drive thinking and good decisions, is required.
Desired Qualifications
Experience working in a global organization and collaborating with regional groups is preferred.
Proven record in project management (preferably at global/regional level) is preferred.
What's in it for you
Annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges from $119,000 to $205,850. This takes into account a number of factors including work location, the candidate's skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors.
