Role reports to: Manager DTC Tech
Location: Skillman, NJ (Kenvue's corporate headquarters is currently located in Skillman NJ, but is scheduled to move to Summit, NJ in or around early 2025.)
Travel : 10%
Pay: $ 73,000 - 117,300

What you will do
As part of the eCommerce Tech organization, the Senior Product Analyst, DTC will execute the initiatives on the product roadmap to drive the right KPIs for our business in line with the brand vision to give an amazing customer experience. This role will own the customer facing experience from on site search, to discoverability of our products on site, PLP, PDP, cart and checkout. This role will demonstrate inclusive partnership, a growth and owner mindset, high learning agility and execute with excellence.

Responsibilities:
Understand the product vision, strategy, and tactical execution to achieve a seamless customer/ user experience
Be a strong partner to various stakeholders across the organization and understand your product priorities
Support in execution of the digital product roadmap thinking in time horizons - you own the execution of the 'now' and support with next and later
Know your product, trends and how to drive your KPIs
You are curious with a bias for action with your pod of Engineers, Designers and Data Analyst
Conduct data analysis on business opportunities shared with you, create experiments (AB Testing), and define success measures (KPIs)
Run and measure the impact of A/B tests to continuously improve the digital experience and drive metrics.
Create your stories, own your Jira board and lead your pod through core ceremonies such as Sprint Planning and Estimation - always aim to have your next 2 sprints estimated and planned
Support your Dev team by actively participating, clarifying and unblocking in other core ceremonies such as the Daily Stand Up and Retro
You hold yourself accountable and have high standards for quality and always strive to be better
Analyze customer data, customer behavior, sales trends and customer feedback to gain insights on how to improve the digital customer experience
Support your leader in effective and quick decision making
Be resourceful and have a growth mindset
Consistently demonstrate knowledge seeking and sharing behaviors across the technology organizational boundaries in the performance of daily work
Apply principles, concepts, and practices of the Kenvue Purpose, Vision and Behaviors.
Ensure that Kenvue information assets are appropriately identified and valued and are protected by complying with and enforcing all local and worldwide security policies.
Ensure that security is considered and emphasized in all technology related decisions and actions

What we are looking for
Required Qualifications
University/Bachelors Degree or Equivalent
4 years experience in Product Management in an agile development environment with exposure to relevant product areas
Experience with Ecommerce Platforms
Well-versed with relevant consumer/ user behavior and UX
You are a fiercely passionate advocate for customer/ user experience
Proficiency in A/B testing and a high degree of analytical capabilities; an ability to analyze and leverage data to inform customer journeys and the digital roadmap
Superior project management and prioritization capabilities; you understand the most impactful levers that drive the experience and relevant KPIs
Attention to the details and ensuring effective QA on all consumer/ user facing work output
Embrace and demonstrates a diversity and inclusion mindset and role models the Kenvue purpose, values and behaviors for the organization

Desired Qualifications

Experience in DTC or Ecom businesses
Experience within CPG or complex businesses
You have a proven ability to articulate and measure KPIs
You are super detail oriented and analytical - you're comfortable delving deep into data
You love collaboration, actively seeking out different perspectives and folding new ideas into your thinking
You know how to roll up your sleeves and get stuff done. You're not bound by job titles but focussed on the jobs to be done
You love working with your dev and design team and naturally index to spend your time there building products, features and experiences that make an impact
An ability to work in teams and autonomously, providing self-direction when needed

What's in it for you
Annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges from $73,000 to $ 117,300 This takes into account a number of factors including work location, the candidate's skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors.
