Role reports to: Vice President, U.S. End-to-End Supply Chain

Location: World Headquarters, NJ - Kenvue’s corporate headquarters is currently located in Skillman NJ, but is scheduled to move to Summit, NJ in or around early 2025.

Travel %: Up to 25%

Pay: Anticipated base salary range $160,000 to $276,000

What you will do

The US Ops Segment Leader, Self Care will be the orchestrator for the Self Care business segment. This individual will be responsible for providing leadership and direction to ensure end to end processing meets business objectives and quality standards as well as customer service metrics and will foster excellence through E2E accountability for the Segment Supply Chain. The US Ops Segment Leader, Self Care will develop and communicate key strategies and objectives for all assigned areas to operations personnel, initiate changes in systems and processes as necessary to improve and enhance production capabilities, and act as key management liaison to sales, product, brand development, and service marketing groups to determine overall business direction and needs. The individual will also represent Operations on the Kenvue Allergy Brand Development Team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end supply chain operations for Self Care products in the US and is accountable for the development and execution of Supply Chain deliverables of Segment strategic plans that drive business growth

  • Orchestrate E2E Supply Chain LT for the owned BU across all pillars & supporting functions, leading all decisions in delivery of key projects and strategies

  • Develop and implement innovative strategies to optimize supply chain efficiency and reduce costs

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of products to customers

  • Optimize inventory levels to meet both Physical Availability and Free Cash Flow targets while delivering timely to Customer Order Patterns

  • Identify and mitigate supply chain risks to ensure continuity of supply

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain performance

  • Provide leadership and mentorship to the supply chain team

  • Lead the development and execution of end-to-end supply chain strategies and objectives for material management, purchasing, master scheduling, manufacturing, facility management, quality, distribution, warehousing, and project management in alignment with business objectives and quality standards.

  • Provide insights to guide the project team to the right supply chain strategy for network and new product development projects

  • Drive PLAN initiatives strategy and execution, including MOQ and lead time reduction, days before next run, and sync project

  • Manage the supply planning and preparation of supply plans across all Self Care EMs for EM sourced portfolio

  • Lead, Define and Execute inventory strategy for finished goods through the inventory entitlement model to ensure capital efficiency optimization

  • Act as a key management liaison to sales, product, and service marketing groups to determine overall business direction and needs

  • Summarize and escalate supply issues to the supply chain regional board and lead the actions required to solve supply issues

  • Ensure end-to-end processing meets business objectives and quality standards as well as customer service metrics

  • Co-Develop, Approve and monitor department budget and costs

  • Analyze production and operating reports, provide strategic direction for operational, manufacturing, and maintenance areas

  • Initiate benchmark studies and analyses to identify best practices and business development opportunities with an Outside-In Focus

  • Lead and develop diverse, high-performance teams embracing the Kenvue Way®

  • Collaborate and build strong partnerships internally and externally with Deliver & Customer focus

Qualifications

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required

  • Minimum of 12 years of diverse experience across different areas of the Supply Chain (i.e. Supply Chain/Demand Planning, Contract/Internal Manufacturing, Supply Chain/Demand Planning, Manufacturing, Procurement, Project Management, Process Excellence, or Distribution)

  • Minimum of 8 years of demonstrated direct people manager experience

  • Experience motivating and developing medium-sized organizations (20 pp)

  • Demonstrated understanding/ability to consolidate, optimize and prioritize a portfolio of programs under constraints in a dynamic manner, specifically allocating and re-allocating resources (budgets, FTEs) across programs

  • Proven track record of successfully leading supply chain operations to over-deliver results / OKRs in a fast-paced environment

  • Demonstrated knowledge of base financial planning and costing principles

  • Demonstrated ability to achieve business goals in a complex environment with multiple layers of stakeholders

  • Defined experience with change management and demonstrated abilities across any combination of negotiation, financial or analytical skills

  • Knowledge of overall supply chain process with experience in one or more of the following: Supply Chain/Demand Planning, Contract/Internal Manufacturing, Supply Chain/Demand Planning, Manufacturing, Procurement, Project Management, Process Excellence, or Distribution

  • Demonstrated experience managing ambiguity and white space

  • Experience with SAP or other supply chain management systems

  • This position may require up to 25% Domestic and International travel based on business needs

Desired Qualifications

  • Masters degree, MBA, or other relevant post graduate degree preferred

  • Indirect people management expertise and communication skills to work across countries

  • Experience building strong relationships and collaborating with Customers and External stakeholders

  • Demonstrated impact on roles requiring orchestration and influence; E2E mindset and collaborative, influence-based leadership approach

  • Successful leadership, SME on planning, and strategic thinking
