GLOCK, Inc. Accounting Clerk in Smyrna, Georgia

**General Purpose: The Accounting Clerk is primarily responsible for providing accounting support and performing accounting and clerical functions on the receivable/payables accounts.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

  • None

Duties and Responsibilities (other duties may be assigned):

  • Assist with accounts receivable and payable when needed.
  • Assist accounting with special projects.
  • Assist with general office filing and scanning.
  • Process invoices from vendors.
  • Audit expense reports and submit it for approval.
  • Reconcile monthly purchasing cards and other various accounts.
  • Prepare backup schedules within Microsoft Excel.
  • Reconcile monthly Schedules.
  • Assist with the maintenance of the fixed asset program.
  • Assist with month-end and year-end close processes.
  • Effectively prioritize, organize and multitask numerous projects.
