Preferred

: CDA, AA, or BA in ECE

Minimum

: High School Diploma/ GED and an Infant / Toddler Child Development Associate (CDA) or comparable credential equivalent to coursework in early childhood development with a focus on infant and toddler development.

• Related degrees must include coursework equivalent to a major in early childhood education, and college transcripts must be submitted to determine relevance. Unrelated degrees must obtain credential or certification within 18 months of hire.

Experience:

Experience working with children preferred

Ability to be sensitive, respectful, and accepting of all families.
