Job Title: Lab Technician - 1st Shift

Job Description

As a Lab Technician on the 1st Shift, you will perform environmental monitoring, water sampling, water bioburden testing, in-process bioburden testing, and bacterial endotoxin testing (BET). You will gather necessary supplies, labels, and materials, then collect water samples aseptically from the manufacturing area for lab processing. You will support a wide range of biological, chemical, or physical analyses on pharmaceutical products, including biologics and drugs, through all stages of the manufacturing process. This role may involve microbiological testing, compliance, QCMIS, or laboratory operations.

Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 12 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Social Circle, Georgia.

Work Environment

You will work in a clean room environment with a Thursday – Sunday, 10-hour shift (6AM-4:30PM). Training will occur Monday-Friday, 8AM-4:30PM for 2-3 months. Daily activities require gowning 1-3 times a day, changing into scrubs, and wearing a smock, bonnet, safety glasses, and shoe covers. Full gowning is required in some areas, with only eyes showing under goggles. No makeup, jewelry, or nails are allowed.
