As a Shipping and Receiving Specialist - Level 3 here at Honeywell Industrial Automation, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient movement and delivery of goods within our supply chain and distribution network. You will be responsible for managing the shipping and receiving operations, coordinating transportation methods, and optimizing the shipping processes to guarantee timely deliveries while keeping costs in check. Your work will contribute to maintaining the seamless flow of materials and products, meeting customer expectations, and enhancing overall supply chain efficiency.

You will report directly to our Shipping and Receiving Manager and you will work out of our Socorro, TX location.

In this role, you will impact the efficiency and effectiveness of our supply chain by ensuring accurate and timely shipping and receiving operations. Your attention to detail and ability to coordinate logistics will directly contribute to customer satisfaction and the overall success of our business.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage and oversee shipping and receiving operations.

• Coordinate transportation methods and select cost-effective options.

• Ensure accurate and timely processing of shipments and receipts.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and on-time deliveries.

• Utilize inventory management systems to track and monitor shipments.

• Maintain accurate records of shipments, receipts, and inventory levels.

• Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions.

• Adhere to safety and compliance regulations.
