• SCHEDULE/ENVIRONMENT: On-site, This person will spend most of their time in the Metrology department, working with the CMM equipment and performing inspections.

Description:

Join our Quality team in a dynamic role as a CMM Programmer/Inspector. You will be responsible for programming and using Zeiss CMM for all product measurements, completing first article, in-process, and final inspections of parts. Utilize hand gauges to perform inspections, ensuring all parts meet customer and industry specifications. Complete all documentation and paperwork following process and standards.

Hard Skills- Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) experience- CMM Programming and Operating experience- Hands-on inspection experience with hand gauges

MUST HAVES:

• 3-5 years of experience in a quality role

• CMM experience, preferably Zeiss with Calypso programming language (will consider other software)

• Knowledge of GD&T and precision machinery

• Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) experience

• Ideally a hybrid mix of both CMM Programming and CMM Operating experience

• Hands on inspection experience with hand gauges

NICE TO HAVES:

• Experience performing first article and in process inspections

• Knowledge of Aerospace standards within AS 9100
