Job Title: Machine Set Up Operator- up to 19.30/hr (ALL SHIFTS AVAILABLE)

Job Description

• Operate fill and seal packing machines

• Perform changeovers and setup on machines

• Ensure machines are running smoothly

• Adjust machines for various bag sizes

• Apply labels to bags

• Inspect and stage product per specifications

• Read production schedules and follow production goals

• Run automated machines and input parameters for adjustments

• Clean and sanitize machines between run times

• Follow QA and QC checks and sign off

• Adhere to GMP and FDA guidelines

• Lift up to 50 lbs

• Calculate product weights using micrometers and calipers

• Operate tow motor

• Lift rolls of film weighing up to 75 lbs during changeovers

• Climb ladders and platforms to access equipment

• Use tools for machine changeovers

• Follow a schedule to meet production goals

Base Pay:

1st shift: $19/hr

2nd shift: $19.25/hr

3rd shift: $19.30/hr

Shift

1st shift: (Monday-Friday, 7am – 3:30pm)

2nd shift: (Monday-Friday, 3:30pm-12:00am)

3rd shift: (Tuesday-Friday, 12am – Saturday, 9:45am)

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 90 Day(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Solon, Ohio.
