JOB FUNCTIONS: Job functions include but are not limited to the following .

Instructions : This portion should include Principal Duties and Responsibilities for a position. Include only those current duties and responsibilities that account for 5% or more of the work.

  • Coordinates production operations.

  • Maintains effective quality procedures, safety, and environmental compliance.

  • Perform operational rounds for supervisory responsibilities.

  • Troubleshooting operational problems.

  • Perform safety auditing.

  • Responsible for communication – logs, shift reports, e-mail

  • Proper data entry for attendance – Workbrain, absenteeism reports.

  • Responsible for the coaching and training of employees.

  • Perform basic household maintenance activities

  • Monitors the Housekeeping standards in the break room actively managing the Cleanliness of the storage shelves and items stored in the refrigerators discarding abandoned food products.

  • Assist temporary employees with understanding task assignments while Reinforcing SQF standards and Graphic Packaging Internationals core values.

  • Shares an obligation to protect and strengthen Graphic Packaging International’s good reputation in our relationships with customers, employees, suppliers, competitors, investors, and governmental agencies, and to act consistently with our core values: Integrity, Respect, Accountability, Relationships, and Teamwork

Applicants will be accepted on an ongoing basis and there is no deadline.

This role is incentive plan eligible. Additional information will be shared during the hiring process. Each candidate’s compensation offer will be based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, knowledge, skills, past experience, job duties, geography, and business need, among other things.

Pay Range: $73,200.00 - $97,600.00
