Description We are seeking a dedicated Recruiter to join our team in SOLON, Ohio. The primary function of this role is to effectively recruit potential candidates using various platforms, formulate job descriptions, and conduct interviews to maintain a pipeline of potential candidates. This role also involves welcoming new hires and providing them with necessary training materials, manuals, and guidelines.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize online ads, social media, job fairs, and various agencies to recruit potential candidates

• Create consistent corporate brand messaging through written ads and postings

• Collaborate with managers to create comprehensive job descriptions and training plans

• Conduct phone calls or meetings to shortlist qualified candidates and set up interviews with the internal team

• Interview priority candidates and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future needs

• Leverage web-based technology and social media to analyze hiring trends and make informed recruitment decisions

• Communicate with new hires providing them with necessary information about the company, including work schedules and dress codes

• Prepare onboarding materials and training plans for new hires and introduce them to the training ambassador

• Compile and complete all paperwork related to new hires, including benefit and employment documents

• Use skills in ADP - Financial Services, CRM, Background Checks, Hiring Processes, Recruitment - High Volume, Onboarding to perform tasks effectively Requirements • Proficiency in utilizing ADP - Financial Services for recruitment purposes

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role or in the field of recruitment

• Proficient with CRM tools for managing and tracking candidate pipelines

• Familiarity and experience with conducting Background Checks

• Strong understanding and experience with Hiring Processes

• Experience in Recruitment - High Volume scenarios and the ability to manage the same

• Knowledge and experience in Onboarding processes and procedures

• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred

• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines

• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
