DESCRIPTION OF WORK As a Nurse Aide, you will provide care in skilled care, personal care, outpatient, and general population. If you have experience in this industry, you know no day is the same! Key job duties include:

Completing basic nursing skills and nursing procedures to maintain optimum inmate health and provide quality care; Completing documentation as required; Collecting specimens as directed by the Registered Nurse for urine, feces, and sputum; Assisting inmates with daily living activities and hygiene to ensure basic physical care needs are met; Participating in life skills programming by following nursing care plan orders, providing care and intervention consistent with an inmate's needs, documenting on assigned aspects of nursing care plan; and Administering aide in emergency situations and participating in emergency response drills as assigned. Work Schedule and Additional Information: Full-time employment, 40-hours per week Work schedules are to be determined at the time of hire. Potential shifts include 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM (1st shift); 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM (2nd shift); and 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM (3rd shift) with rotating days off. Salary:In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable. You will receive further communication regarding this position via email. Check your email, including spam/junk folders, for these notices. *  REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:* Active registration as a Nurse Aide in the Pennsylvania Nurse Aide Registry; or Six months of paid experience in the care and treatment of geriatric or physically ill patients or residents.

Special Requirements: This position is assigned to a long-term or specialized care facility and requires active registration as a Nurse Aide in the Pennsylvania Nurse Aide Registry.

Additional Requirements: Successful completion of basic training in Elizabethtown, PA is required.

You must be able to perform essential job functions.
