Administrative responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Handling all calls appropriately and courteously. Registering patients and scheduling appointments. Maintain and support both paper and electronic medical records. Assist the direct patient care providers with electronic and paper correspondence. Attends departmental meetings. Other duties as assigned.

Requirements: High School Diploma or GED is required. Minimum of one year experience working in an outpatient medical setting preferred. Bilingual in Spanish, Portuguese or Haitian Creole preferred. Must possess excellent customer service skills and attention to detail. Systoc and Workers Comp experience preferred.
