What You'll Be Doing:

General Cleaning: Keep our plant spotless with sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting. Sanitizing: Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas. Trash Management: Empty trash receptacles and ensure waste is disposed of properly. Supply Management: Keep track of cleaning supplies and let us know when it's time to restock. Minor Maintenance: Change light bulbs, replace air filters, and tackle minor maintenance tasks. Safety First: Follow safety protocols and handle cleaning chemicals and equipment with care. Special Projects:** Jump in on special projects and deep cleaning as needed.

What We're Looking For:

Experience: High School Diploma or GED with 1-2 years of housekeeping experience, or an equivalent mix of education and experience. Independence: Able to work independently with minimal supervision. Attention to Detail: Able to read and follow instructions on cleaning products and safety sheets. Flexibility: Ready to handle emergencies and perform snow removal when necessary. Task Flexibility: Willingness to tackle additional cleaning tasks as assigned by supervisors.

Physical Demands:

Lift and Move: Occasionally lift up to 100 lbs. and perform tasks that involve standing, bending, pushing, and pulling. Mobility: Walk on level surfaces and reach above shoulder height or below the waist as needed.

Work Environment:

Plant Dynamics: Work in various plant areas with occasional noise and temperature variations. PPE like safety glasses and hearing protection may be required. Dress Accordingly: Layer up in colder months and be prepared for warmer conditions in the summer.
