Were hiring a Recruiting Intern to join our Human Resources Team.

Responsibilities

 

Participate in the full recruiting process from sourcing candidates through interview and onboarding and participate in weekly recruitment meetings

Assist with HR general duties and special projects as needed

Responsible for compliance with laws and regulations that apply to the position, including the Univest Code of Conduct.

Perform additional duties as required.

Qualifications

 

Bachelor's in Human Resources, Business, Communications or a related field or progression towards such degree

 

Proficiency in full Microsoft Office Suite

Ability to effectively learn and acquire new knowledge and skills

 

Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize

Prior work experience, community involvement or participation in extra-curricular activities

High degree of accuracy coupled with maximum productivity

Self-starter, energetic, creative, good sense of humor and resourceful

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Ability to handle workplace stress and good conflict-management skills

Able to maintain strict confidentiality and discretion
