As a Sunroom Installation/Carpenter, you will work closely with the installation team to assemble and install sunrooms with precision and attention to detail. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve interpreting blueprints, measuring and cutting materials, ensuring structural integrity, and delivering high-quality craftsmanship. Collaboration is key, and you will work with team members to complete projects efficiently and meet customer expectations, showcasing your carpentry skills, problem-solving abilities, and commitment to excellence.

To excel in this role, you should possess strong carpentry skills and experience in construction or a related field. Attention to detail, the ability to read and interpret blueprints, and proficiency in measuring and cutting materials are essential. Requirements:

• Ability to travel overnight up to 4 nights/week for 35 weeks out of the year - High school diploma or GED with a minimum of 3 years of experience in carpentry, roofing, and/or exterior home improvements, or an equivalent combination of education and experience - Previous experience installing patio rooms and/or sunrooms preferred but not required - Experience with warranty resolution and dealing with homeowners preferred - Knowledge of building codes and permit regulations - Ability to work under pressure and coordinate numerous activities and groups of people - Valid driver's license and clean driving record - Valid travel documents for occasional travel to Canada - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office software - Ability to work on Saturdays as needed - Capability to perform manual physical labor, regularly lift up to 70 lbs, and work on ladders and roofs up to 30 feet high
