Adecco US, Inc. Payroll Clerk 2nd Shift in South Bend, Indiana

Adecco is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Payroll Clerk to join our team. The Payroll Clerk will be responsible for administering all functions of the time and attendance payroll system, ensuring accurate payroll data, and processing incentive pay for union employees. This position will require close collaboration with the Human Resources department to ensure all payroll actions conform to union employment and benefits practices. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with growth potential.

  • 100% On-Site

  • 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM, Monday through Friday

  • Pay Rate: $20 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Input, review, and clear payroll exceptions on daily timecards using the ADP E-Time payroll system.

  • Collaborate directly with Supervisors/Operators to gather accurate pay information.

  • Post daily production data into the manufacturing system.

  • Prepare summary reports and spreadsheet data for the incoming shift.

  • Handle all production entry into the time and attendance system.

  • Reconcile daily pay and production summaries with the assistance of Supervisors.

  • Track daily pay adjustments and maintain related spreadsheets upon receiving documentation from Supervisors.

  • Resolve timecard and payroll discrepancies by addressing employee payroll queries.

  • Be an effective team player by training, developing, and supporting the payroll team.

  • Prepare and distribute reports as needed.

  • Additional duties may include label printing, static record review, inventory, and other assigned tasks as time allows.

Pay Details: $20.00 per hour
