Description

This is a hybrid role. In office 4 days a week.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing and managing all tax-related operations and ensuring compliance with local and federal tax laws and regulations.

• Utilizing accounting software systems to accurately process and record tax-related transactions.

• Using Adobe Acrobat and ATX Tax Software to manage and organize tax-related documents and data.

• Managing and overseeing annual income tax provision processes.

• Ensuring the organization's compliance with tax laws and regulations.

• Auditing the organization's tax processes and procedures to identify and rectify areas of non-compliance or inefficiency.

• Utilizing 3M technology to manage and organize tax-related data.

• Using CCH Sales Tax software to accurately calculate and record sales tax.

• Overseeing and managing all accounting functions related to tax.

• Preparing and maintaining accurate and detailed tax documentation.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of Big 4 or large Regional Tax Manager.
