We are offering a contract employment opportunity for a Customer Service Representative in the Transportation Equipment Manufacturing industry, located in So. Burlington, Vermont. The job function entails working as a Contact Center Agent, focusing on post-sale services of a technical nature, and requires strong customer service skills. You will be doing basic troubleshooting for customers, ordering parts, and using software technology to look up orders and technical issues.

THIS IS A 100% ONSITE ROLE - It is NOT remote

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries regarding parts and technical matters

• Utilize strong customer service skills to ensure customer satisfaction

• Conduct basic troubleshooting for customers on 3 to 4 products after initial training

• Use SAP software and other technology tools to look up orders and address technical issues

• Assist in ordering parts for customers as needed

• Provide remote support and technical support to customers

• Participate in post-sales support to assist customers

• Be savvy with computer and/or software technology for efficient job performance

Requirements

• Proficiency in customer service, with a focus on maintaining high customer satisfaction.

• Experience in a call center environment, handling inbound and outbound sales calls.

• Ability to provide technical support to customers, both on-site and remotely.

• Experience in post-sales customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction after the purchase.

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitasking and prioritizing tasks as necessary.

• Proficient in using computer software and technology for customer service purposes.

• Possess problem-solving skills to effectively address customer issues and concerns.

• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment as well as independently.
