OnLogic, Inc. IT Support Specialist in South Burlington, Vermont

As an entry level IT Support Specialist at OnLogic, you will be helping to maintain and protect our IT infrastructure in a rapidly expanding global industrial PC company. You will use your creative problem solving skills to come up with quick solutions to address everyday end user problems, reduce company downtime and improve its cyber-security.

On an average day, you'll...

  • Support our company's global network infrastructure

  • Support our company’s global servers and applications

  • Assist to maintain our company's Cloud services

  • Support our company’s global Voice over IP service

  • Troubleshoot problems reported by users

  • Maintain end user workstations, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals

  • Monitor events and incidents to ensure security and performance

Made up of software developers, infrastructure and security experts, systems and network engineers and business technology professionals, our IT team is constantly working to improve our internal systems to make our lives easier, while optimizing our website to do the same for our customers. From the technology we use to do our jobs, to the infrastructure that supports the way we build, test and ship our products, our IT team keeps our business running smoothly.

Requirements

  • You have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or an equivalent degree

  • You have a solid knowledge of network management

  • You have a solid knowledge of Linux and Windows Operating Systems & core applications

  • You have a solid knowledge of cyber-security principles

  • You may have Microsoft Azure / AWS / Google cloud / Voice over IP experience, it's a plus!

Benefits

The salary range for this role is $50,000 to $55,000. We determine final compensation based on discussions with applicants and their experience in similar roles.
