West Virginia Employer Financial Aid Coordinator for Health Sciences Program in South Charleston, West Virginia
Must have a Bachelors degree in student personnel, business administration or related field is required. Masters degree in education, business or related field is preferred. Must have valid driver's license and ability to travel across the state. A minimum of two years of progressively responsible and directly related work experience is required. Experience in financial aid program administration is strongly preferred.*The Financial Aid Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day coordination and administration of the Medical Student Loan Program, Choose WV Practice Program, Health Science Service Grant, and Mental Health Loan Repayment Program. The Financial Aid Coordinator will assist with financial aid outreach. This position is also responsible in the processing of post enrollment requirements for those state financial aid programs that have post-enrollment requirements. Processes invoices for state financial aid programs.In addition to filling out the online application, qualified candidates must submit a letter of interest and contact information for three professional references. Final candidates are subject to employment and credential verification, as well as reference and background checks.
