Note: The hourly rate for this position is $23 - $25 / hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law. Job Responsibilities:

• Measuring, cutting, assembling, and bolting structural framing and solar modules

• Connecting installed solar panels to existing electrical systems and checking electrical installation for proper wiring, polarity, grounding, or integrity of terminations

• Organizing and maintaining system components

• Maintaining documentation of completed installations

• Applying weather sealing to array, building, or support mechanisms

• Completing labor-intensive work in various weather conditions

Qualifications & Experience:

• E-Verify - Eligible to work in the USA

• Basic Hand tools

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a skilled laborer

• Must be comfortable with heights

• Ability to stand, bend, kneel and walk for extended periods throughout the day with or without reasonable accommodation

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation
