Sodexo is seeking strong Operations Manager (FOH and Catering) to join a dynamic team to support Pingree School in South Hamilton, Massachusetts . Pingree School is a co-educational, independent secondary day school located in South Hamilton, Massachusetts. Serves lunch to 350 students and breakfast/lunch to 50 faculty/staff. If you are a Strategic Facilities Manager with the ability to develop innovative technical solutions while successfully managing key performance indicators to drive strong business results, this may be the opportunity for you!

Key Responsibilities:

Combine your proven leadership and Facilities Management technical expertise to enhance existing (or new) client programs including short- and long-range planning, construction/renovation projects, preventative and corrective maintenance, snow removal, grounds and landscaping operations.

Is this opportunity right for you? We are looking for candidates who have:

  • a proven track record of successful Environmental Services leadership experience as demonstrated by articulated results and accomplishments;

  • experience supervising custodial and grounds personnel

  • proficient knowledge with a CMMS – Maximo experience is a plus;

  • computer skills – such as MS Office and Outlook;

  • exceptional customer service, relationship building and communication skills;

  • strong attention to detail and administrative skills to ensure accurate and timely documentation;

  • strong Leadership skills with a focus on staff development and team building

  • present with at least 3-5 years of experience.

Qualifications & Requirements

Basic Education Requirement - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience

Basic Management Experience - 3 years

Basic Functional Experience - 3 yearswork experience in facilities (e.g., maintenance, plant operations, engineering services, grounds, custodial/environmental, or transportation) or food (e.g., food services or operations, concessions, retail sales, store operations, or vending) services
