Description

We are currently on the lookout for an experienced VOICE Network Engineer with expertise in Metaswitch or Sansay. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record, with at least 5 years of directly related experience in voice networking technologies and exceptional problem-solving skills. This role requires a dynamic individual who can work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless network operations and who strives for continuous network optimization.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and provide ongoing support of VOICE network systems to meet the company’s needs.

• Understanding, implementing, and troubleshooting VOICE network protocols.

• Provide technical expertise in Metaswitch or Sansay voice networking platforms.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address network concerns and ensure system integration.

• Perform network maintenance, system upgrades including service packs, patches, hotfixes, and security configurations.

• Monitor performance and ensure system availability and reliability.

• Perform network troubleshooting to isolate and diagnose common network problems.

  Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in networking, specifically with VOICE networks.

• Comprehensive knowledge of Metaswitch or Sansay platforms.

• Certifications like CCNP Voice (preferable), or equivalent, would be considered a plus.

• Strong problem-solving skills with an emphasis on voice network optimization.

• Excellent communication skills to coordinate with team members and other departments.

• Knowledge of network security practices and anti-virus programs.
