Job Description:

FULL TIME

Monday-Friday

8:30am-5:00pm

$18-19/hr

Based at our South Orange Branch

*Must be Bilingual Spanish & English

What is Required?

  • High School diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or support role; experience with technology support and training is advantageous.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and office management software.

  • Experience with troubleshooting hardware and software issues.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional demeanor.

  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and documentation.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Must be Bilingual Spanish & English

  • Knowledge of healthcare industry is preferred

  • Valid driver’s license and insurance

  • Personal transportation to perform job tasks at other branches

You will report to the Office Manager or Branch Operations Manager.
