Our client is seeking a Federal Program Manager to join their team. This is a W2 Contract and will be onsite daily in South Lake, UT. This will also require an active TS/SCI with polygraph clearance.

  • Mission Critical and ITIL certifications.

JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY:

This expert-level Program/Project Management role oversees complex customer engagements, ensuring projects meet scope, time, budget, and quality expectations. It involves managing multiple projects, developing innovative ideas, and solving complex problems through in-depth analysis. The position provides expertise to project teams, guides process improvements, and helps establish policies. It represents HPE to clients, exercises significant independent judgment, mentors lower-level employees, and acts as a functional manager without primarily managing other employees.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Leverage deep technical expertise and industry knowledge to manage high-risk technology areas and customer groups.

  • Develop solutions by integrating technical and business insights.

  • Mentor and consult with team members, organizations, customers, and vendors on complex issues.

  • Consult on service delivery, technology, and industry applications.

  • Independently resolve technical and some business incidents.

  • Provide strategic account support by maintaining high-level technical and operational expertise.

  • Review and manage statements of work to meet customer requirements.

  • Collaborate with manufacturing teams to plan, build, and ship systems.

  • Manage projects with competing priorities effectively.

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to customers and sales teams.

  • Design and deliver support solutions, leading complex support projects.

  • Suggest operational efficiencies and create contract-related documents.

  • Manage customer expectations and contribute to operational methods impacting business strategy.

  • Knowledge of HPE product portfolio is a plus.

  • Lead Quarterly, monthly, and/or weekly meetings to manage support, applying project and task management for customer deliverables.

  • SharePoint management and administration.

EDUCATION AND REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • US Citizenship

  • TS/SCI Security Clearance with polygraph

  • Bachelors Degree

  • Advanced degree preferred

  • NFPA Certification preferred

  • ITIL Certified preferred

  • PMP Certified preferred

  • 10 years experience in Program/Project management or in like roles/business
