US Tech Solutions Clinical Care QA Trainer/Auditor in South San Francisco, California

Job Description:

  • Team Performance Consultant will be responsible for revising, managing and coordinating quality oversight and performance review process for members of the Team.

Responsibilities:

  • Overhauled and established the coach audit and quality oversight program for Client Diabetes programs on Client and Lightpath platforms.

  • Managed and coordinated auditing and performance review processes for Team members.

  • Developed and maintained quality evaluation guidelines, forms, and processes according to regulatory requirements.

  • Set and maintained quality oversight schedules and facilitated quality review calibrations.

  • Coordinated monthly and quarterly performance reviews with Team Leads and Team Managers.

  • Conducted quality assurance activities, including monitoring staff communications and productivity.

  • Supported implementation of learning and mentoring programs based on performance reviews.

  • Identified opportunities for streamlined interventions, quality improvements, and additional training.

  • Collaborated with coaches, physicians, and healthcare professionals to understand factors affecting patient health.

  • Created and delivered individual learning plans for Team members based on quality reviews or management requests.

Mandatory:

  • Working knowledge of GCP and FDA Regulations.

  • Skilled in behavioral techniques: goal setting, problem-solving, and motivational interviewing.

  • Experienced in facilitating quality reviews and providing feedback.

  • Proven ability to lead with influence and build strong relationships with peers and leadership.

  • Proficient in Google Workspace (G Suite).

  • Passionate about helping others with strong empathy, listening, and perception skills.

  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills, both oral and written.

  • Professional handling of difficult situations with patients and physicians.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Capable of monitoring compliance standards.

Desired:

  • Experience with digital medical device research studies.

  • Experience maintaining an Electronic Trial Master File (eTMF).

  • Master’s degree required.

  • Certified Diabetes Educator (CDCES) or equivalent mid-level clinical credential (e.g., RN).

  • Experience in individual education and coaching for disease prevention and behavior change.

  • Direct experience developing and delivering clinical training programs.

  • Experience with accreditation processes.

  • Proficiency in EMR systems (e.g., Athena).

Education:

  • BS/BA degree in a life science, health science, RN, or related field.
