Robert Half is currently recruiting a full-time Customer Service Representative. This position plays a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction and efficient order processing. The successful applicant will utilize a proactive approach to manage customer requests and inquiries regarding product availability and delivery schedules in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Managing incoming phone calls, greeting guests.

• Processing orders received via phone and fax from customers and sales representatives.

• Checking, alphabetizing, and filing invoices.

• Converting orders to Excel spreadsheets

• Updating company sales catalogs.

• Performing other tasks as required.

Requirements

Qualification & Skills:

• 1+ years in a receptionist, order desk, or customer service role, preferably in the wholesale distribution or food and beverage industry.

• Proficiency in MS applications: Word, Excel, Outlook, and Windows

• Experience with computerized order entry and inventory systems.

• Strong interpersonal skills, time management abilities, and team-oriented mindset.

• Typing speed of 40wpm or higher
