About the Role:

Global Payroll Accountant

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with finance and HR to assist in payroll processing for multiple entities' payroll cycles, ensuring accurate deductions, taxes, and allocations.

• Maintain and accurately update confidential employee payroll records.

• Participate in the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, including account reconciliations, journal entries, and financial audits.

• Ensure compliance of systems, policies, and procedures with company and regulatory requirements, operating accurately and timely.

• Contribute to the improvement of internal systems and procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, finance, or a related field, with over 4 years of accounting experience, including extensive knowledge of payroll accounting. (Experience with global payroll is a plus)

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong decision-making, analytical, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.

• Experience with accounting software and online platforms, preferably with proficiency in NetSuite. Multi-state experience, including researching local state laws and compliance, is also preferred.

• Proficient in Google applications and MS Suite.
