Job Title: Production Associate (London, OH)

Job Description:

Seeking diligent Production Associates to join our team, responsible for unloading, trimming, cutting, and coiling drainage pipes. This role requires handling pipes of various sizes to ensure proper drainage solutions for diverse environments such as bridges, ditches, and farmlands.

Shifts Available & Pay:

Production Technician

• 1st shift 7am-3:30pm

• $19.25

• 2nd shift 3pm-11:30pm

• $21

• 3rd shift 11pm-7:30am

• $21.50

• Monday through Friday with occasional mandatory overtime and alternate Saturdays

Yard Loader

• 2nd shift 3pm-11:30pm

• $21

• 50-60 hours per week

Opportunities for Advancement:

Production Technician

• Technicians can be promoted to a plastic extrusion operator position for a $5/hr pay increase

• $2.25 increase once technician begins the operator training

• Additional $2.25 increase once graduated into the operator position

Yard Loader

• Yard loaders can take 4 certification courses

• Each certification gained is a $0.50/hr pay increase

• Loaders can advance into a driving role for higher pay

• Company will pay for candidates CDL

Must Have Skills:

• General labor or production line experience

• Machine operation

• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds

• Ability to maneuver up to 100 pounds

• Experience with hand/power tools

• Packaging

Work Environment:

The work environment is non-climate controlled, varying from cold in the summer to hot in the winter. The facility is organized with a newly installed production line. Space may become limited when excess scrap plastic is produced. The team consists of 60 total employees. Steel toed boots are required.
