Trinity Health Sales and Marketing Assistant -- St Joseph of the Pines in Southern Pines, North Carolina

St. Joseph of the Pines is currently seeking a full-time Sales and Marketing Assistant. Reporting to the Director, the primary purpose of this position is to support the Sales and Marketing colleagues in all sales and move in related activities.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Follow up on all sales leads, gather information and schedule tours

  • Open and close all model residences at the beginning and end of each day

  • Work with Sales Counselors on collection of paperwork required for move-in for future residents and depositors

  • Work with Move-In Coordinator on unit turn over projects

  • Coordinate and communicate with other departments

  • Help maintain schedule for upcoming move-ins and current renovation projects

  • Assist with monthly marketing event planning and execution

  • Assist with proofs and deadlines for advertising

  • Assist with special projects and events facilitated by the Sales and Marketing team

Must possess a bachelors degree in marketing or related field and/or 1-2 years experience in marketing or other supported role.
