Position Overview:

Trinity Health Senior Communities is seeking a dedicated and skilled Talent Acquisition Partner to join our dynamic TA team. This role is ideal for an individual with 2-3 years of recruitment experience, and passion for sourcing top talent! A commitment to supporting our mission of providing high-quality care for seniors. Prior experience in healthcare recruitment is a plus but not required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates for a variety of roles within our senior communities.

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide strategic recruitment support.

  • Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of candidates, including the use of social media, job boards, and other recruiting tools.

  • Maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

  • Collaborate with the hiring leaders to continually improve recruitment practices and ensure alignment with organizational goals and values.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment data in the applicant tracking system.

Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a healthcare or senior care environment.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners.

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.

  • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a strong sense of accountability.

  • Previous healthcare experience is helpful but not required.
