Administrative / Front Desk with PCT Responsibilities

Strong Multitasking, Coordination, Organization and Communication skills required

Primary schedule to cover the Front Desk with additional shifts on the floor as PCT

Fast Paced / High Volume Outpatient Facility

Clinical Operations Experience ideal

Paid Dialysis Training

At least 1 year in a medical administrative position with patient care experience

Pay Dependent Upon Experience - base pay range starting at $18.00 an hour

60 wpm minimum typing ability with Switchboard experience

Fast-paced roles are your jam

Personable with excellent computer and clerical skills (MS Office).

Ability to work independently and manage a busy desk while interacting with patients

Full-time schedule with a minimum of 3 - 4 days / 30 hours a week

Alternating Saturdays with occasional Sundays based on holidays

Starting and ending times can range from 4:00 am to 9:00 pm

Please note you will be exposed to blood and will handle needles.
