SALES MANAGER JOB LOCATION: SOUTHFIELD, MICHIGAN

As a member of the E-Systems Sales team, the Sales Manager will act as the commercial account owner for all electronics products with Ford Motor Company in North America.

The Role: Your work will include, but not be limited to: "Single point of contact" for all Ford electronics business in NA. Responsible for all commercial aspects of the account including revenue growth, margin improvement, and customer relationships. Develops and implements an account strategy to meet internal financial commitments as well as securing new revenue opportunities for selected customer accounts. Coordinates with other regional Ford commercial leaders to ensure a consistent global approach. Assists in building financial plans and long range revenue plans. Build/develop relationships with key customer purchasing and engineering leaders.

Your Qualifications: Bachelors degree in technical or business field. At least 12 years commercial experience in the automotive industry Understanding of cost drivers, financial business case analysis, and budgeting. Demonstrated ability to meet financial targets in a time-sensitive manner. Strategic thinker - simplifies strategy into specific actions, makes decisions and communicates priorities. Strong communication skills, self-motivated, results-oriented. Motivates team members and peers with strong interpersonal and leadership skills. Build/develop relationships with key customer contacts.

Bonus If You Have: Specific experience related to Ford or electronics products MBA
