Sales Operations Coordinator

As a Sales Operations Coordinator, e ffective communication with customers, delivery, and leadership team members is critical to ensure proper sensitivity to the needs of the sales force while providing outstanding customer support to internal and external customers.
Inside Sales
Assistance with basic proposals/requests
Deal Registration and other special pricing requests
Assistance with CRM hygiene and reports
Management of CSP platform
Management of sales demo equipment
Sales Operations
Product catalog upkeep
Creation/Maintenance of standard offering templates
Implementation of pre-sales questioners and playbooks
Creation/Maintenance process and training documentation
Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains in order processing and project management workflows.
Sales reporting and analysis
Deep understanding of all partner programs: Keep updated status on each and what is required to both maintain and grow
Skills and Qualifications:
2-5 years of sales related experience – preferably in the technology space at either a service provider or partner
BA/BS, preferably in sales or a related field
Prior experience with CRM system - preferably HubSpot
Strong knowledge of working with Microsoft tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) is a must
Enjoy working with customers and external audiences
Skill in preparing written communications and materials
Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-moving environment
