We are looking for a dedicated Administrative / Patient Services Coordinator I to join our team in Southington, Connecticut. In this role, you will be primarily responsible for ensuring smooth patient services and administrative functions in our healthcare facility. This role offers a long-term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the processing and tracking of patient service requests efficiently

• Maintain up-to-date and accurate patient records in line with industry standards

• Utilize the Epic Software system for patient data management

• Ensure reliable transportation is available for patient services when required

• Handle patient inquiries, providing timely and accurate information

• Monitor patient accounts and execute appropriate actions when necessary

• Maintain a high degree of confidentiality and compliance with medical office protocols

• Leverage PC OS skills to streamline administrative processes

• Utilize your Medical Office knowledge to enhance patient service delivery

• Collaborate with the team to ensure local candidate engagement and retention.

Requirements • Proficiency in PC operating systems

• Experience with Epic Software

• Prior work in a medical office environment

• A Plus certification is advantageous

• Experience in patient services

• Reliable mode of transportation

• Preference for local candidates
