We are looking for an Executive Assistant to provide personalized secretarial and administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner. You will work on a one-to-one basis on a variety of tasks related to your manager’s working life and communication. The ideal candidate will be well organized, proactive, disciplined, with excellent communication skills and pay exceptional attention to detail. Main respsponsabilities of the role (among others) will include: Manage all corporate card transactions and expenses whilst adhering to the company policies and procedures Complex agenda management on a daily basis, anticipating schedule conflicts: screening, booking meeting requests and calendar prioritization Arrange business travel arrangements and logistics, including flights, accommodation and ground transport, ensuring cost efficiencies Organize and coordinate meeting setup including logistics, venue, equipment and catering Draft, review and send communications on behalf of the executive Organize and schedule meetings, conference calls and events when needed Other duties as assigned What do we need? Experience and Education Associate Degree preferred Minimum 5 years’ experience in administrative support roles Technical skills, Knowledge and abilities Organizational skills Ability to operate in international environments are essential for this role Detailed oriented Autonomy/ Self-driven Communication stills High level of english, both spoken and written Strong Ofifice suit management: Excel and Powerpoint Why work at JBT ...
