Job Title: Architectural Project Manager

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Architectural Project Manager to oversee the interior build-out of a semi-truck manufacturing facility. This role involves managing the construction of various structural and architectural systems, including the wall framing of cafes and restrooms.

Responsibilities

• Manage the planning, procurement, execution, and close-out of Core and Shell structural and architectural systems.

• Oversee the building dry-in and interior fit-outs.

• Supervise drywall mudding and wall framing.

• Ensure knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems is applied effectively.

• Develop and manage execution plans to meet cost and schedule expectations.

• Create and manage funding requests for new projects.

• Perform constructability reviews during design development to ensure engineering documents meet project needs.

• Work with the Procurement team to create biddable work packages and verify contractor proposals against cost and schedule estimates.

• Interface with engineering, construction, procurement, and commissioning teams.

Essential Skills

• Experience in architecture project management.

• Experience in construction management and construction project management.

• Ability to manage Core and Shell structural and architectural systems.

• Proficiency in drywall mudding and wall framing.

• Knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems.

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.

• Experience as a Project or Construction Manager.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with residential projects is acceptable, but commercial or industrial experience is preferred.
